My life has always included helping other people either by answering database questions, solving database issues, training support personnel or mentoring other speakers. This site gives me a chance to expand on these kinds of consulting services and continue to help others.

I wonder if I should join the company and answer questions regarding SQL, Sybase, and database management. But the pay looks to be rather low.
